I am a first year “empty nester”, which feels very strange, and I seem struggling with a sense of direction. I am ready to move into the next phase of my life, but I what no idea what that is, or what it’s sposed to look like. I would like to organize my thoughts, because as of now, I have had nothing to focus on and feel scattered in all directions. So I am joining bmindful, cause that is exactly what I need to do. I am hopeful that jus going back to using simple affirmations as a part of of daily routine would be a good place to start.
