I joined bmindful in October 2009 when looking for an online tool that would help me to use the internet more intentionally. The affirmations that appear on my start page, as well as those I write, help me to be aware of my feelings in the present moment and to regain my focus on the true task ahead of me.
My main personal goals at the moment are assertiveness and follow through.
